Healthy Breakfasts to Last a Month...in Less than 2 Hours!!
Today on Studio 5 I shared 3 of my family'south favorite quick breakfast recipes. This was my 2nd time on the show and it was just every bit terrifying and nevertheless somehow fun the second time around. I promise you'll tune in to lookout man and not laugh at me too hard. 🙂
UPDATE: You can watch my segment online correct {here}!
On the show I share these three healthier breakfast options…
Homemade Instant Oatmeal Packets
Homemade Whole Wheat Toaster Pastries {i.due east. Pop Tarts}
Frozen Whole Wheat Blender Waffles
1 thing I forgot to share on the testify, still, is how easy it is to have these yummy and healthy options ready for your family. All you need is an hour or 2, in one case a calendar month.
Seriously.
I spend i Saturday morning each month and double or triple each of these recipes (and often these Oatmeal Pancakes). It makes a mess of the kitchen, but all of the recipes require a lot of the same ingredients which ways you merely take to get them out and make a mess one time, instead of every morning.
So our freezer is full of waffles, pancakes and salubrious pop tarts, and the bin in the pantry is full of good for you instant oatmeal packets for quick and like shooting fish in a barrel breakfasts. We rotate between these pre-made breakfasts, scrambled eggs and whole wheat toast, and occasionally these Overnight Steel Cut Oats and I don't have to have another cooking 24-hour interval for a full month.
Yay for less stress in the morning and a cleaner kitchen! 🙂
If y'all're looking for other salubrious breakfast recipes, you can find all of my favorites {here}.
